Unless otherwise stated in writing, any attached resumes (CVs) in an email are being shared with you confidentially for the purpose of potentially entering into a contract for the supply of the individual's services. If you hire the candidate, either directly or indirectly, within the next 12 months, you will be required to pay a fee at our current rates for the introduction.
